Jo Chang

Jo Chang has worked on understanding and optimising how people interact with emerging technologies for over 20 years both in Aotearoa, New Zealand and the United States. Previous projects have included design and evaluation inputs for an autonomous snowblower working in Tahoe, USA, through to the development of a bus forward collision warning system in San Francisco, USA to developing ITS action plans, roadmaps, business cases, specifications, strategies and policies at local, regional and central government levels in Aotearoa New Zealand. More recently Jo has been focused on understanding how, if, and in what form, Mobility as a Service could be useful in Aotearoa New Zealand.
