David Chieng holds a BE(Hons) Civil from The University of Auckland and is currently a Senior Traffic Engineer in the Transport Services group at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency. David has ten years’ working experience in the transportation sector including land transport engineering, traffic operations, transport planning, and intelligent transport systems.
