Ethan Richardson

Ethan Richardson is the Senior Advisor, TOC Technology at NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi. Based in the Wellington Transport Operations Centre, Ethan acts as the connection between Real Time Operations and Digital teams while working on a range of ITS projects. Ethan has held several roles while working at WTOC over the last 7 years, including both operational roles that require using ITS in real time for incident response and technical advisory roles.
