Relaunching events and content from T-Tech 2021. Redistributing financial surplus.
T-Tech 2021 - Reboot
The T-Tech programme committee and ITSNZ Board have been working hard to develop a new programme of events to make available all the valuable programme content from T-Tech, provide networking opportunities and explore options for refunds or deferred value options.
We appreciate your patience while we worked through our obligations as conferences hosts and negotiated some refunds and discounts on the expenses related to T-Tech 2021. With all the conference preparation complete, we had numerous expenses to meet, however we have managed to acheive a small surplus.
Making the most of that small surplus and all the great content we are glad to announce an exciting mixture of "bite-sized" events both online and in-person networking events, recorded presentations and an option of partial refund or deferred value towards T-Tech 2022. Note TSNZ is a not-for-profit and we will publish our financial performance at the AGM later this year.
Our Exhibitors, Gold and Silver Members will be contacted individually due to their unique circumstances. If you have any questions about the content, events or refunds please get in contact with Simon McManus
"T-Tech Reboot" Presentations and Networking Events
We are planning a series of events called "T-Tech Reboot" including:
- Government updates from Waka Kotahi and Ministry of Transport
- Networking event with guest speakers (to replace the T-Tech networking event)
- Aviation Panel October
- Efeso Collins & panel discussion
Online Content & Recorded Presentations
Through the T-Tech page, we will be sharing uploaded recorded presentations and event recordings. We have started by providing the recorded presentations and acknowledgements from Michael Wood, the New Zealand Minister of Transport, two of our keynotes, and the opening remarks from our President Stephen Hewett.
We are currently working to record and/or upload our presentations from the New Zealand Innovators, CAVI and AIMES sessions.
Ensure you are subscribed to our event emails to get notifications
Refund and Discount Options
After expenses of T-Tech and forecast expenses for our new planned events we have a small surplus from the conference budget*. To give our delegates and members return on investment we are offering three options:
- Deferred value, with 30% off a T-Tech 2022 ticket (applicable across all ticket types)
- A refund of 20% of your T-Tech ticket price
- Donation to ITSNZ events, communications and operating expenses
ITSNZ is a not-for-profit organisation and finances will be published at the AGM in September.
