Nick Collins

Nick Collins is a transport technology specialist and the current Program Director for the Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) Harmonisation Project at the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning (DTP). With a background working in both government and academia, Nick leads one of Australia’s most advanced urban deployments of C-ITS, coordinating efforts across traffic signal infrastructure, connected vehicles, and secure digital networks.
