    The theme, “Hyper-Connected Cities by ITS,” encapsulates the ongoing transformation towards a more interconnected and intelligent society within the Asia-Pacific region, driven by the advancements in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).

    The rapid evolution of digital technologies, the widespread adoption of smartphones, and the insights gained from the COVID-19 pandemic are accelerating our journey toward a hyper-connected future. Technologies such as AI, autonomous driving, MaaS, and shared personal mobility are increasingly linking people and cities, enhancing urban traffic efficiency, and offering citizens personalized mobility solutions. These innovations are not only improving convenience but are also driving the transition towards safer and more sustainable cities, in line with the future vision of mobility in the region.
