Kin Kan

Kin Kan is a Traffic Engineer with over 16 years of experience in traffic signal design, policy review, project management, and road safety. Kin has worked in both local and state government roles, gaining a strong understanding of traffic engineering standards, policies, and traffic signal operations. In his current role as a Principal Traffic Engineer at Logan City Council, Kin manages the Traffic Management Centre, leads an engineering team, and delivers traffic safety improvement projects for Logan’s road network. He has also managed numerous road improvement projects focused on reducing congestion and enhancing safety during his tenure with Brisbane City Council and the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR). 

Kin has a proven record of managing complex traffic signals and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects successfully.
