What it is and how we get there?
Date & Time June 17th, 12-1pm | Location: Teams Webinar (online only)
Join us in this ITSNZ-hosted webinar to learn what good end-to-end road corridor management (E2ERCM) looks like and
how it enables all stakeholders to plan and operate more efficiently, more cost-effectively, and safely. It will show what E2ERCM can facilitate in the future and how we get there. The presentations will include case studies and user stories from organisations using these tools today

Background
Effective planning and collaboration around works in our road corridor is vital to affordable delivery
and management of roads and other infrastructure assets. In New Zealand this conversation has
never been more important as we look to address an infrastructure deficit that’s estimated by
economists to hit $1 trillion in the next 30 years.
Open Plan, alongside Digital Built Aotearoa Foundation, has developed several technology solutions
which deliver significant value to organisations working in and managing the road corridor by
providing shared views of important datasets and driving forward works planning collaboration. These
solutions are key components of end-to-end view of road corridor management. They enable actors in
the road corridor to more efficiently use resources, minimize digging and resealing, reduce project risk
and costs, minimise community disruption and reduce harm to people and the surrounding
environment.
