Mieszko Iwaskow is a senior leader with over 20 years of experience across the transport sector spanning the public, private and start-up technology sectors. Within this Mieszko has over 10 years of direct experience in Senior Leadership, Executive and Board Governance roles, with previous senior roles at Waka Kotahi, Auckland Transport, Aurecon and the transport technology start-up Mobli before his NZ Client Director Role at AECOM.

Mieszko is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors with qualifications including an Executive MBA, MSc in Transport Planning and BA in Urban and Regional Geography.

Having worked across various areas within the transport sector, including the public and private sectors, Mieszko brings a unique broad perspective and appreciation of sector barriers, opportunities and emerging trends. From building partnerships in his senior public sector roles to cross-business strategy development, operational performance and client relationship management in his private sector roles Mieszko has helped organisations to grow, be future-focused and deliver on their outcomes.

Mieszko is well known across the New Zealand transport sector with a strong reputation for building and fostering enduring relationships, aligning people to a shared vision and leading the delivery of organisational outcomes.
