Barbara Tebbs

Barbara knows about the practical inter-weaving of policy, planning and investment processes and how they enable the provision of quality public infrastructure. She spent the last 12 years at Waka Kotahi and for much of her career has worked at the interface between local and central government and the private sector.

Barbara understands the machinery of central and local government, in particular the challenges and opportunities in implementing new policy direction. She is experienced in advising and influencing policy development processes, from early scoping right through to their practical application.
