Chris Martin

Chris Martin is the Road Network Optimisation Manager at Auckland Transport.  He currently optimises the road network for key modes by identifying pain points and delivering solutions through operational improvements, building new infrastructure or deploying technology.  Chris has a strong interest in infrastructure accounting and funding with past roles in telecoms, hospitals and roading. 

Using his experience as a management accountant, Chris has been involved in start-ups, technology projects, property acquisition, engineering and ITS.
