    Jessica Bagherzadegan, originally from the Philippines, moved to New Zealand in 2016 and has since built a solid reputation in Road Maintenance.

    As she progresses toward the completion of her Master of Civil Engineering at University of Auckland, she draws from six years of experience in the asset management of NZ’s State Highways. In her role as a National Asset Engineer for Fulton Hogan, Jessica excels in condition data analysis, predictive analytics, and the skilled development of long-term programmes of work. She is instrumental in corridor-level strategies and leads asset management workshops with key stakeholders.

    A driving force behind her endeavours is her unwavering passion for road safety, with a commitment to improving the state highway networks’ safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
