Manoj Dolli

Manoj has over 3 decades of Australia/NZ corporate experience within the ICT sector. He has worked in senior roles with Honeywell, Lucent Technologies, Telstra prior to co-founding Xlerate Technologies (2004) which was a telematics hardware and software company, and Picobyte Solutions Limited in 2018 (an approved NZTA eRUC provider).
His vast experience has been in automation, telecommunication, wireless technologies and Cloud based SaaS which have all been the pillars of technology that form today’s trends in Internet of Things (IoT) and ITS.
The start-ups he is leading today including Alamance (NZ) have received numerous industry awards for Innovation, Marketing excellence and Export awards within NZ. He has that exceptional blend of business acumen and technical prowess that allows him to identify marketplace opportunities – and then to rapidly develop and deploy solutions to exploit them.
Manoj is also a co-inventor of a patent granted in the Mobility domain by IPONZ.
Manoj is active in the NZ ICT industry and was a founding member of the NZ Telematics Alliance formed by NZTE and Callaghan Innovation to promote NZ Inc.
He is the holder of both a B.Sc. in Physics & Electronics (St. Xaviers College) and an MBA (SPJIMR) from the University of Bombay, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Business (Information Systems) from the University of Auckland.
