Mark Lambert

Mark is the Executive Programme Director and Executive Sponsor for the Auckland Time-of-Use Charging programme at Auckland Transport, leading a joint team with Auckland Council.

Mark has previously held Executive Management responsibility at Auckland Transport for the development and operation of public transport services and the construction of new and the asset planning and maintenance of existing transport (road network and public transport) infrastructure and facilities across the Auckland region.  Mark was Interim Chief Executive for Auckland Transport during 2022 and 2023.

In recent years, Mark’s role has enabled closer integration of transport infrastructure, asset development and management with public transport service delivery.
