Marty Rendall

Marty is the current senior supervisor on the Aspiring Highways Network Outcomes Contract (NOC) based in Central Otago.
During his career with Fulton Hogan, Marty has built up a broad experience and skills base – from abseil/rope access works, guardrail installations, gabion basket installation to road maintenance, all of which provides network maintenance understanding and excellence.
His capabilities include all aspects of event management and incident response, CMA application, snow clearing and ice gritting. He is a very competent machine operator and is highly committed to 24 hour call out service.

Marty is responsible for proactively managing all year round operations including planning, resource coordination and communications. Marty has the knowledge and skills to identify issues and solutions, and therefore lead his team to ensure the most appropriate treatments are built to the right specification.

Marty drives innovation on the network by embracing technology and enabling the operations to work smarter, with access to real time information that contributes to building resilience into the overall road network.
