Mike is the Head of Growth and Partnerships at Open Plan, engaging with road controlling authorities, utilities companies and the wider sector about improving efficiency and safety in road corridor works. Mike recently led NZ’s first implementation of Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS).
