    Customer Experience Manager

    Natasha is a Customer Experience Manager at SICE with over 15 years of experience in organisational development and change management. She excels in strategic relationships, training initiatives, and operational excellence, dedicated to driving innovation and enhancing customer satisfaction. Natasha oversees systems integration strategies to improve customer satisfaction, leveraging her leadership and organisational development expertise to drive positive change. She cultivates strong client relationships, collaborates internally for seamless service delivery, and specialises in problem resolution, continuous improvement, and data analytics.

    Previously, as the Training Manager for SICE Australia and New Zealand, Natasha led diverse training programs and collaborated with public and private entities in the industry, such as Transurban, NZTA, and Transport for NSW, playing a pivotal role in the implementation of Traffic Management Systems for major infrastructure projects. Focused on tolling and Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) for transport, Natasha aligned training initiatives with organisational goals, fostering partnerships and contributing to the success of high-profile projects in the roads sector. Passionate about community service and sustainable transport solutions, Natasha is currently working on a comprehensive process to map and recognise the Australian Certificate IV in Traffic Control Room Operations (TLI40521) within the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF).
