Phillip is a transport executive in Intelligent Transport Systems, with over 25 years’ experience in the public and private sectors, both in Australia and internationally. He has extensive experience from working in government, as a market leading contractors, in the consulting industry as well as a product vendor.

Phillip has a proven history of delivering projects in complex and challenging environments in a broad range of ITS disciplines, such as Australia first Smart Motorway project. Other areas of interest cover various open roads solutions supporting mobility, tunnels and connected vehicles.
