Richard Wu

Richard Wu is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in FETC International. He has over 20 years’ experience in the tolling industry with track record of successfully designing and implementing Taiwan ETC system and also possess strong skills at developing and maintaining large-scale ETC system with cost-effective method and methodology. As former Board of Supervisor in ITS Taiwan Association ,he has shown a deep understanding of ITS and Smart City application development.
Richard holds Master of Computer Engineering degree from Syracuse University, New York.
