Shayna Elley

Shayna manages a number of Via’s partnerships in New Zealand and Australia which include major transport operators and transit agencies. Via enables the provision of On Demand Transport services across ANZ and Via’s Transport planning tool Remix is used by many transit agencies across the region. In her role she works closely with international colleagues to design and implement technology solutions, providing support through the various stages of launch, including providing in person training to drivers and operational staff and guiding marketing activities. Post launch Shayna continues to work with partners to understand service trends and consult on areas for key operational improvements and growth opportunities. Prior to joining the Australia/ NZ Via team, Shayna worked for ViaVan, Via’s commercial ride-share service in London. She was focused on improving the service’s offering and driving customer retention as part of the Rider Experience Team.
