Registration information

Registration for T-Tech is open to anyone from the industry sector. Members, speakers, gold sponsors and students are eligible for discounts.

Registration includes:

  • Full Delegate Conference Pass (9-10 July, 2025)
  • Daily Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea
  • Conference networking drinks (5.30pm Wednesday 9th)
  • Access to recordings and speaker slides

T-Tech is an in-person event, there is no virtual attendance option planned. Register here, or check below for special/discounted ticket registration information.

Registration Prices

  • Standard (NZD, excluding GST)

    • Earlybird Pricing
      • Earlybird Member: $965 + GST
      • Earlybird Non-Member: $1150 + GST
      • Earlybird Speaker: $750 + GST (Save over 20% off earlybird prices)
    • Standard Pricing
      • Member: $1150 + GST
      • Non Member: $1335 + GST
      • Speaker*/Moderator/Event Partner: $800 + GST
      • Student/Young Transport Professionals Member (<30): $305**
  • Single Day Tickets
    • Member Single Day $625.00
    • Non-member Single Day $705.00
    • Student/Young Transport Professionals Member Single Day $205**

All rates here in NZD, excluding GST
ITSNZ Gold and Silver members are eligible for an allocation of free tickets, per your membership benefits, please email to claim your allocation and register.
*Speaker/Moderator/Event Partners will be notified of their entitlements, e.g. speakers notified on completion of their submission

Early Bird Registration Discount ends on – 27 May 2025
If your registration fee remains outstanding on July 8th, the day prior to the conference, you may not be permitted to attend.

Cancellation, Transfers

No refunds for change of plans are available. Your registration may be transferred to a colleague. Email here to request a transfer

Should the conference be forced to migrate to hybrid or fully digital, or cancelled due to a force majeur or government directive, a partial refund may be offered, once non-refundable elements are calculated by ITSNZ. If the conference is postponed, existing paid registrations will automatically be transferred to the new conference dates.
