TREASURER

Zachary has 20 years’ experience delivering ITS projects in New Zealand and overseas. He is Managing Director of Armitage Group itself a presence in the NZ ITS industry since the 1990s.

Zachary founded Aspect Solutions Limited (ASL) in 2004 and since its acquisition by Armitage has continued in hands-on management. He has led teams in head contractor, subcontractor, and alliance roles, has sat on Auckland Motorway Alliance challenge and sub-alliance leadership teams tasked with challenging BAU principles, ensuring safety, best practice, and VFM, his resulting governance experience working collegially with stakeholders helps to form strong collegial foundations.

His teams have been recognised by their peers taking multiple industry accolades including an IPENZ Engineering Excellence Award and multiple 3M Traffic Safety Innovation Awards.

Zachary is a motoring enthusiast volunteering on both club and racing committees, undertaking advanced driver and road safety training programs.  He is a voice for quality, safety, and practical consideration within the ITS industry.
